Rosemary Baked Potatoes

10 medium red potatoes (or white potatoes if red are unavailable)
5 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, and chop them into 1-inch large pieces, leaving on the skin.
2. Chop or press the garlic finely, and then mix it in a bowl with the rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
3. Combine the potatoes with the rosemary mixture, and mix until the potatoes are well-coated.
4. Bake the potatoes in a baking pan on medium-high heat (400 degrees) until they are well-cooked and browned.
