1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup margarine or vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy milk

1. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt
in a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix the sugar, margarine or oil, soy milk,
and peanut butter.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix
well. Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
4. Place 3-4 tablespoon-large discs of cookie dough on a lightly
oiled pan, spaced 2-4 inches apart. Bake for 10-20 minutes,
until the tops of the cookies are slightly browned.
