1 Double Pie Crust
4 peeled apples
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1. Chop the apples into 1-2 inch long
slices.
2. Mix the apples with the cinnamon and sugar.
3. Place one pie crust in a pie pan so that it fights over
the entire pan. Trim any parts of the crust that hang over
the side of the pan.
4. Fill the pan with the apple mixture, up to the top of the
pan.
5. Cover the pie with the second pie crust. Using a fork,
press the edge of the top pie crust against the edge of the
bottom crust along the rim of the pie pan. Poke 5-10 small
holes or slits in the top of the pie crust with a fork or
knife.
5. Bake the pie at 375 degrees F, until the top is lightly
browned.
